I am a Minnesota born and raised woman who is now residing in beautiful San Diego, California! I have always been referred to as a "ray of sunshine" by my family for as long as I can remember. I think it's because from a young age I just loved living life, and I was always happy, always living in the present with no worry about the future. I am someone who wants to see the good in everyone and everything, and I truly believe in living life well because we only get one shot at it. My goals in life are to inspire others to dream big as well as change people's lives through the talents that God has given me to share and for simply being ME, another instrument for His kingdom! I love encouraging my family and friends to keep doing the things that they love and pushing them to pursue their dreams and God-given talents! I absolutely love living this crazy and bumpy ride called LIFE!

 

My Journey with Photography:

I have been snapping photos since I was eight years old. As a young girl I loved letting my creative side take over whether that was through ballet, singing or photography. All three of these art forms are a huge part of who I am, and I honestly do not know what my life would be like without them! Growing up I took so many photos and videos of family and even myself, that I just fell in love with documenting all of the moments; and it has only grown with passing years. I love being able to look at photos where I can relive the memory and remember what was happening in that moment when that photo was taken. For me the goal of photography is telling some kind of story that would make the viewer look at it and feel the photo come to life before their eyes, or make them feel as if they had been there when it was taken. It's all about telling a story! I never really thought I would start my own photography business, but as the years have gone by, my love for creating art with a camera has only grown stronger. And like I said earlier, I LOVE people! So when you add the two together the whole creative experience is brought to a whole new dimension of love for both the art and the beautiful humans in front of the lens!
